STEALING DAN ...and Don

A rare trio gig at The Antelope 29/10/2002

Stealing Dan originally started many years ago as a duo (Chris and Robin), then expanded to a trio, and played many early gigs at this pub in Surbiton.
Recently the boys were asked to come back and play a couple of gigs there in the original format for old times' sake.
With such a cut-down line-up, multi-instrumental skills were called on to do justice to the rich Steely Dan material, and the evening offered rare opportunities to see the closet bass player in Hans Ferrao, and Chris Clarke with a horn.
Several new arrangements were also premiered, which hopefully will find their way into the full band set (Rose Darling, Dirty Work, Everyone's Gone to The Movies and Don't Take Me Alive).
